Motisons Shares Limited is committed to digital accessibility for every investor, including persons with disabilities, in line with SEBI's circular on digital accessibility and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. We continually review and update this website so that all users — including those who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnifiers, Indian Sign Language interpretation, or other assistive technologies — can access information and complete tasks independently.

Multimedia accessibility

In line with SEBI's circular and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, Motisons commits to the following for audio and video content published on this website and our mobile applications:

• Indian Sign Language (ISL) interpretation for explainer videos covering KYC, account opening, and other key investor journeys.
• Closed captions on all instructional and informational videos.
• Descriptive audio tracks for visual-only content where context is essential.
• Meaningful alt text on every informative image; decorative images are marked so that screen readers skip them.

Accessible documents

All circulars, notices, and investor documents published on this site follow accessible document standards:

• All circulars, notices, investor documents, and policies published on this site as PDFs are produced as tagged PDFs with a logical reading order, semantic headings, and alt text on figures.
• PDFs are produced following the W3C PDF Techniques covered in WCAG 2.1.
• Where a document predates this commitment and is not fully tagged, a request to the Nodal Officer will result in an accessible version being supplied at no cost.

Reference: W3C WCAG PDF Techniques. If a revised standard for accessibility of text documents is published by the W3C, our documents will be brought into line with that standard.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• Some third-party embedded content (charts, market data feeds) may not yet be fully accessible. We are working with our vendors to improve these.
• Older PDF documents in our archive may not be fully tagged. Please contact our Nodal Officer for accessible versions.
• Some legacy interactive elements are still being audited and progressively brought to AA conformance.
